ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive, rotate and stock cooler items such as dairy and cheese throughout the store
• Ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing and neat
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the work area
• Assist cashier department with grocery carry-out, price check, and so on
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to lift, carry, unload heavy cases unaided (up to 50 lbs)
• Ability to squat down and/or stretch to stock shelves
• Ability to work and stand on your feet for up to 7.5 hours
• Ability to work in a walk-in cooler
• Flexible schedule: Available to work closing shifts and/or weekend
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous experience is an asset but not required
• Food Safe or First Aid certification is a plus
• Great interpersonal, teamwork and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and work ethic
• Fluency in English
